About the Business

Creative Plumbing & Heating Ltd. was created in July of 1987, primarily focusing on the service sector of the industry in the Plumbing, Heating, Gas and HVAC fields. Relationships were established with Property Management firms resulting in the expansion to Commercial and Residential Services.

The Service Division is and always has been our main focus in Strata Property Management. Creative Plumbing has a very loyal customer base in the Strata, Commercial and Residential sectors, since 1987.

Creative strives to maintain a high level of service, in a prompt efficient manner at reasonable rates.
Since 1990, Creative Plumbing has completed numerous projects on Re-pipes, New Buildings, and Tenant Improvements with key developers to their satisfaction. By the year 2000, we were recognized as one of the major Plumbing contractors in the Vancouver Lower Mainland working closely with Engineers and Architects.
