Our menu inspiration pulls from our teams' diverse culinary background, which allows us to offer our guests an ever-changing menu selection. Bryant Kryck is the Executive Chef of CRAFTpdx, Downtown Portland's locally-inspired and locally-sourced modern American restaurant. Kryck is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue Culinary School and joined the CRAFTpdx (previously Alto Bajo) team in 2017. Kryck is a native of the Pacific Northwest and enjoys using the inspiring flavors of the region in the CRAFTpdx menu.
