The innovative Megaformer Machine / Lagree Fitness Method is specifically designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body quickly and safely. This method emphasizes both strength training and cardio elements while maintaining a safe low impact environment for joints, muscles and ligaments.

Between the creation of the low-impact Megaformer machine and the sweat-inducing method, you are pushed mentally and physically, in a way no other workout can. This is because Lagree Fitness is the only workout which effectively combines the 5 elements of physical fitness: Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition, and Cardio. These components truly minimize the time spent working out and maximize the results you want to see.

Kerry is a FL native fitness enthusiast. She grew up playing basketball and running track. As an adult, she became a cycling enthusiast and is a former spin instructor.  With Lagree, it was love at first shake. She became a certified Lagree instructor and jumped at the chance to become the new owner of Core Evolution in October 2018. Kerry’s passion for Lagree is palpable and can be felt firsthand in her classes!
