At the age of 20 Chaise decided to turn his part time hobby into a business with the help of a few industry leaders. Prior to the actual formation of Conestoga Contracting Group Chaise worked for a few well to do people in the Bamberg area who allowed him to borrow equipment and hire employee's while he went to school and also worked as a Stereo salesman at the age of 14. During that time he learnt to do various tasks but most of all the value of handwork and dedication to detailed work.
