For 45 years we have been helping people cope with the stresses of urban life by providing hot tub soaks, sauna, bodywork and other alternative healing modalities. We are proud to provide a safe, healing space for all.

We are a clothing optional community spa with large shared Outdoor Soaking Pool and Dry Cedar Sauna, cold shower, and outdoor lounge areas. We have a collective of over 25 wellness practitioners offering Massage, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Counseling, and more. Come for a soak, a wellness session- or combine them in what we call the "massage sandwich". Imagine 30 minutes of soaking to release the initial layers of tension, then an hour massage with one of our experienced practitioners, and another 30 minute soak after to ground into your new body. Our gift store offers supplements, treats, and locally made crafts. Gift Certificates for massages and soaks make great presents (!) and are available online and the front desk. We limit our pool to 16 people so everyone has plenty of space to enjoy. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially for evening and weekend times.
