Cloud 365 Solutions had its January 2000 beginnings on Cape Cod in Massachusetts as 'pleasantbay.NET'. As I arrived in Florida in 2009, I changed the business name from a locally relevant description to become geographically agnostic. Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 was our main offering at first, but we have evolved to become a cloud solutions provider (CSP) with a focus on Microsoft 365.
