Having successfully established and run a small practice on Melbourne Street for over 2 years, Sarah Watson opened Clarity Massage and Wellness in 2013 to offer Remedial Massage and Complimentary Therapies to more 'kneady' bodies on Melbourne Street.

Having always dreamt of creating a wellness space which is warm, accessible and authentically welcoming of all types of people (health and healthcare can sometimes be daunting to those most in need!) Clarity was established as a wellness clinic for ALL to receive high quality complimentary medicine in a welcoming and positive environment where we treat all people as equals and promote balance in lifestyle.

Clarity offers highly skilled practitioners specialising in Remedial Massage Therapies including: Sports, Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Anma, Myofascial Cupping, Dry Needling and Pregnancy Massage. Offering post treatment stretch programs and protocols, as well as tools and equipment for home care, Clarity aims to provide you with a long term solutions to manage your body's aches and pains. Integrated full body and mind health management with Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and Wellbeing workshops to provide the best possible care and balance for your body. All our therapists are Remedial AAMT/ATMS Members and Private Health Providers. We have HICAPS onsite for Private Health Claims. Come in to relax or rehabilitate! Online Bookings available.
