About the Business

I have been in business since 1989 and first started at the 1201 Nautilus Health Club. I have moved my office a few times but have been in my current location since 1995.

I work with many business people helping them with the challenges of working in high paced careers and keeping themselves healthy.

My training is in structural integration and triggerpoint therapy which addresses the alignment of a body (just like a car) and the muscle knots that cause most of the physical pain.

Deep Tissue Massage and Triggerpoint therapy work together to relieve the pain of injuries and repetitive strain syndromes like carpal tunnel, back and neck pain, heel pain and most other types of physical pain associated with muscles. Couples massage classes are available for individual couples (can be friends, partners, family members, mother/child of any age, siblings) These classes are more therapeutic in nature teaching you to work on each others trouble areas. Classes are 2 hours long and include handouts and massage lotion/oil samples to get you started. Massage also is very effective in helping with depression and anxiety. The latest research shows compelling evidence that massage is very effective in dealing with these conditions although most insurances only cover pain syndromes and physical injuries.
