About the Business

China West Express humble beginnings started in 2007 by two talented immigrants who needed to earn a living. They decided to open a small restaurant with 6 tables. It took several years and a lot of hard work, but China West Express became a popular local joint for authentic Chinese food. The original owners have since retired, but they have passed their knowledge and love of Chinese cooking to the current chefs. Today, China West Express offers delivery and take out service. "Conveniently Yummy" perfectly describes our food.

We are two business partners who are huge foodies. We eat,  work and sleep thinking of food. And no food touches our hearts more than Chinese cooking. It is the ultimate comfort food. The colors, aromas, texture and taste crosses all boundaries. Hence, when the old owners decided to retire, we knew we had to continue their love for traditional cooking.
