Chem-Dry QuickDry was started in 1993 in Northbridge and grew to become the largest Chem-Dry Franchise in Sydney. The owners are Mark Siebert and Phil Preis who have both been involved in the industry for 20 years. Chem-Dry QuickDry offers a premium service ranging across carpet, sofa, rug, mattress and tile cleaning. We also specialise in emergency water damage restoration and restoring fire or smoke affected properties. All our technicians are IICRC certified to deal with flooding and we pride ourselves in always trying to provide the best possible service. If customers are not satisfied with our service we also will return free of charge.
