About the Business

Chaise Cafe & Lounge was a long time dream of owner Shea Ritchie.

He dreamt of innovating the restaurant world by providing scratch-made, quality food at everyday affordable prices. He wanted to do this without sacrificing excellent, anticipatory service and still put together an excellent venue for an intimate meal out or a large gathering of friends and colleagues.

Shea is obsessed with creating the ultimate dining experience and will stop at nothing to make sure that each and every guest is served with the highest standards of service excellence. He created the "Make It Right" policy that means, no matter the cost, the guest needs to leave feeling happy and glad they came. It's about going the extra mile to show that we care and understand the concerns of each guest we get the opportunity to serve. We don't want to be good, we aim to be extremely great!

Chaise has been in business since April 19th 2013 and we are proud to be a part of the AMAZING St. Boniface community!

Please Note: Groups of 10 or more are offered our Prix Fixe Dining options by default. Along with the best value, faster service times and a greater variety of food, our Family-style dining menu will provide you with the optimum dining experience. Please also indicate any allergies of food preferences in your notes when reserving you table since we are always happy to accommodate all of your guests. We have a great location in the heart of St. Boniface for individual reservations or large groups bookings. There are 3 rooms that can be booked exclusively and / or collectively: Dining Room (up to 48), Lounge (up to 30), Gardenside Patio (up to 40) and Private Dining Room & Lounge (up to 24). We could host event with up to 120 people in total.
