He started from the kitchen learning how to make the sauces and frying tempura batter. Hanson worked his way from the bottom to the top. He perfected his knife skills by chopping all the ingredients and prepping everything for the other sushi chefs to use. Hanson is truly passionate and his determined heart is well evident with his very own restaurant.
