We at Center Hub believe in keeping things simple. Our signature cocktails will offer a twist on old favorites, but will still be down-to-earth. Every one of our 10 craft beers on tap will be cold and refreshing. And we're just plain sick-and-tired of bars offering sub-par options when it comes to wine, so know that we'll be offering a hand-picked selection of boutique-style wines, not just your typical 2-buck-Chuck Chardonnay and Cab. Gone are the days when you and your buddies have to decide on a place for dinner and drinks that fits everyone's specifications. Jaime Benson (Center Hub - the Bar at Trade) is a Southern California native who steadily fell in love with the restaurant industry after starting to work at a local Mimi's Cafe over 20 years ago. In his eight years with Mimi's, he climbed the ladder to become a corporate trainer and manager, helping to open up new locations in other states. Jaime then transitioned into the world of fine dining by working for many well-known OC establishments including The Bungalow in Newport Beach and the St. Regis in Dana Point. Jaime's most recent and greatest accomplishment was creating and opening Urban Grill and Wine Bar, a successful bistro and wine bar in Foothill Ranch, and it was through Urban that he got his first taste of restaurant ownership.
