A collaboration between the Winter Park Health Foundation and AdventHealth--this 80,000-square foot, state-of-the-art facility offers the best community health and wellness programs in Central Florida. The entire facility is dedicated to strengthening the body, mind, and spirit. From personalized fitness plans and picturesque walking trails and gardens to outstanding community programs, there will be plenty to keep you motivated to becoming the most-healthy you. Additionally, the Winter Park Center for Health and Wellbeing is home to the Peggy and Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center, a community cornerstone since 1989. The new Crosby Wellness Center includes two pools, in addition to, state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, a robust group exercise schedule, personal training, medical fitness programs and more. Moreover, a member of the Medical Fitness Association, Crosby will receive Medical Fitness Association Certification after one year of operation. Above all, this designation sets Crosby Wellness Center apart and above any other fitness facility in our area.
