About the Business
After our tragic fire in July of 2015 we are proud to announce that Carmine's has re-opened at a new location on Transit Road in East Amherst!

Carmine's menu consists of some classic Italian favorites, including our popular Chicken Piccata and Al's Fussili. Carmine's Chef Tim Wicher has been honored multiple times by The Taste of Buffalo for his creative dishes. His award winning Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp is simply delicious! Carmine's catering is available for gatherings of 10 or more. We deliver anywhere in the 716 area, seven days a week, morning noon or night. Reservations are suggested for parties of 6 or more and on Fridays and Saturdays. Carmine's is open for dinner Tuesday - Sunday at 4 PM, however we offer drop-off catering seven days a week and during lunch.
