About the Business
We are an independent local 24/7 Gym, that focuses on building a strong community within our club. We were a life style change program, that focused on nutrition, abbreviated strength training, interval based cardio training, lifestyle change and consistence. We have help hundreds of people changed their lives by only training three 20min sessions a week, so we decided in 2013 to open a 24/7 Gym.
