About the Business

Candice began her career in the health industry as a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She discovered the overwhelming influence excess weight and eating habits have on chronic bodily pain, inflammation and mental health. This initiated her to become an ISSA Elite Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach. While developing her practice, it became apparent that exercise and fitness alone do not create weight loss and health; therefore, Candice has developed a program that requires Nutrition at its foundation.
