In 1995 in Las Vegas Nevada the idea for a breakfast lunch restaurant called the Indigo Creek Cafe was born. Scott began to test recipes for his concept and tabletop ideas were being sketched. Over the years recipes were added and taken away, design ideas considered and the name eventually changing to The Campfire Grill. In 2003 after moving from Las Vegas back to Buffalo(not a joke) a need for a catering service specializing in home made and hand crafted foods arose and Scott Opened All Occasions Catering, always keeping Campfire Grill in his sights. Finally in 2010 We began to search for the perfect location for Campfire. In the summer of 2014 We met the Skarros family and were able to come to an agreement on their family restaurant located at 3003 Walden avenue in Depew NY. The doors for Campfire Grill finally opened in October 2014

He has been a dishwasher, a cook, a server, bar manager, general manager, catering manager, food service sales associate and business owner. All that experience has gone into making Campfire Grill a unique and tasty experience
