About the Business
Founded in 1947, Callahan Brothers has a long history as the most respected mover in Greenwich and surrounding areas. Soon after its inception, Callahan Brothers came under the sole leadership of John Callahan. Through the years, word spread and Callahan Brothers expanded as Greenwich grew, increasing their range of quality services offered. Through dedication, and being steadfast in their commitment to the happiness of their loyal customers, Callahan Brothers would earn the trust their trust for generations to come.
In 2006, John Callahan decided that after 50 years at the helm of the company he would step away, and enjoy the rest that life had to offer. It made perfect sense that former employee Will Joyce (who started a very successful moving company of his own in 1982) take over the company and continue to enhance the reputation that people from Greenwich, Westchester county, and the surrounding areas, had come to expect and rely on.
