C-Best Construction was founded by Jasbir Cheema in the year 2000, who at the time was exhausted and burnt out from working long shifts driving a cab day in day out. He took a risk and borrowed money from the bank and from his family so he can begin construction for his very first house that would be available to the open market once completed. After completing the house and he was able to sell the home and make enough money to devote all of his time to construction and building instead of balancing two jobs. This was only the beginning. As time passed more and more houses were built. Soonafter, Jasbir, who likes to be called by his last name Cheema, began to build enough trust in the building community that he retained clientele to build them custom homes. Now, 17 years later after building hundreds of homes for customers and custom made homes for sale we have placed ourselves as one of the leading residential construction companies in Vancouver.

Jasbir Cheema is the sole owner of C-Best Construction Ltd. When he first started 17 years ago, it was because he knew that Vancouver and its surrounding cities had a lot to offer to its residents. He knew the rich cultures, the beautiful scenic views, ideal weather conditions that Vancouver has to offer would be enough to motivate people to move here. He quickly realized that demand for new homes was high but felt the supply of new homes was lacking. Due to his ambition and can-do attitude we was able to achieve tremendous success all while maintaining great relationships with his customers.
