Started September 2015 after deciding to own a restaurant focused on great food and delicious beer.

Butera's Story: Welcome to Butera's, where everyone is treated like family.
Establishments always welcome you into their doors, but here at Butera's Craft Beer & Craft Pizza, we truly aim to make your visit comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. It's not a company slogan or motto - It's Family Tradition.
When my grandfather, Salvatore Butera, moved here from Italy, he went into the grocery, then the pizzeria business. In fact, he ran one of the first pizza stands at The Erie County Fair. Our Family just celebrated 60 years serving pizza at the Hamburg Fairgrounds!
To say pizza is a part of our lives is an understatement. Under my grandfather's guidance, I learned the value of hard work and excellent customer service. When I was just a toddler, you could find me at the Fair slinging slices with my parents and grandfather as third generation in the pizza business.
