About the Business

Burrito Bay Started in February of 2003. We have added many Specialty Items through the years, such as our Baja Shrimp and Fish Tacos during Lent and our famous Thanksgiving Burrito in late fall. We are looking forward to adding new recipes and items in the near future. Catering is another thing that we have added over the years. Our Taco Bars have become very popular for all types of occasions.

I came from a Computer based business background. I have used my skills of working with Computers, Programming, Networking, Accounting, and Business to prepare myself for the arduous tasks of Restaurant ownership. I'm glad that I picked up some Handy Man and Problem Solving skills, from previous Jobs and life experiences, to take care of issues as they arose. My intent is to create the Best Mexican Restaurant around and to serve the most amount of people, our Delicious food.
