About the Business

In 2010, chef and founder Fiore Moletz, a Shaler native was inspired by the unique concept of a high-quality, farm to table burger restaurant and opened Burgh'ers in a shopping plaza in Harmony. 30 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. At this location, Burgh'ers sits just minutes away from away from the majority of its suppliers, allowing for a true representation of the "farm to table" experience where diners can enjoy meals made from fresh and whenever possible, organic ingredients. Additionally, Moletz will sell his own craft beer as well as wine and spirits.

While has passion is deep rooted in his culture he pulls inspiration for Burgh'ers menu from his traviles and training from the most well known italian chefs!  He is a fair, detailed leader who invokes passion in others.  Fiore is dedicated to local farmers working tirelessly to bring the best local meat, cheese, dairy and produce to his guests and now focusing on his newest adventure with his brewer Burgh'ers Brewing!
