About the Business

Had an idea back in 2010 to open a good burger joint in Bloomsbury London. Idea was to possibly having classic American Barbecue dishes alongside top quality burgers. We went on a two week trip to the states starting in Lockhart Texas, then to Kansas City ending with four days in New York City. After eating our way through some great barbecue and pretty much every burger joint worth visiting in NYC we decided to start of with only the burgers and possibly later on add pulled pork sandwiches and ribs.
