Co-founded by a classically trained chef and his business partner and childhood friend, Bun & Blanket came to life in 2022 as the two foodies imagined how to adapt some of Los Angeles' most popular flavors into fusionend burgers. Once the menu was developed, it just had to be shared.

I spent the better half of my adult life as a marketer helping grow many nationally top rated brands, but deep down my passion was always in food and hospitality. If I had to pick a single meal to eat every day for the rest of my life, a burger would be it. I am also a huge foodie who believes that food needs to not only be fresh and delicious, but also visually beautiful. I take pride in making sure these burgers are exactly that. I am blessed to have my best friend and a seasoned classically trained Chef as my business partner who absolutely nailed this amazing menu that we are excited to share with you all.
