I like to say that, we are in the helping "people" business...and we just happen to fix vehicles. I work with my staff in a way so they know, I personally care about them, as people. So they treat our customers (boss) with care and respect.
We as a shop have about 10 other auto shops, mostly mechanical shops referring business to us. Because: We take care of that person, and all people in a way, so they go back and thank them on their own. Reviews: I believe they are THE single most important thing you can do to buy advertising.
