Founded in 1997, Singapore's award-winning microbrewery restaurant, Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery, was the brain-child of US-born Devin Otto Kimble and Daniel Flores, who initially modeled it after similar concepts in the USA and Canada.

Brewing up to 4000hL (800,000 pints) of beer per annum, Brewerkz signature brews include Golden Ale, Indian Pale Ale and Pilsner. Committed to making high quality craft beer that embodies the spirit and flavour of traditional brewing, Brewerkz has received an impressive number of awards: eight Australian Beer awards, three Singapore Asia Beer awards, and most impressively a World Beer Cup medal for best English Style IPA. More recently in 2015, Brewerkz was awarded with the Top Beer in Singapore for Oat Meal Stout and the Top Brewer by RateBeer.com. On the menu, guests can find an eclectic mix of American and Asian-influenced food items, served in generous American-style portions. With a focus on handcrafted gourmet burgers, Brewerkz has a selection of over 10 kinds to choose from including the Cowboy, El Mexicano, Bistro and Brewhouse Build Your Own Burger.
