As a founder of Brakes To Go, Randall brings twenty years of experience in a broad range of corporate operational and legal training and experience.  Serving as General Counsel for a small energy services company for five years prior to founding Brakes To Go, Randall has extensive experience managing small business service company startups. Randall has an undergraduate accounting degree and was employed as a financial auditor prior to law school. His business background and acumen combines with his extensive litigation and transactional experience to provide a unique general counsel perspective focusing on successful client start-ups. Randall is thrilled to finally apply this experience to his own start-up with Mr. Ganther.
