About the Business

Since 2013, I coached and managed a CrossFit gym. I've coached hundreds of people on fitness and nutrition; from athletes to everyday people. Fitness and nutrition changes people's lives. Our members got stronger, fitter, looked better, and felt better.

A few years into coaching, I noticed that though our members were physically healthier, stress, anxiety, and mental unrest were still a major factor in people's lives. This led to lack of energy, unease, chronic health issues, and a general impact on their well-being.

Coincidentally, I became extremely passionate about my personal growth at this time. I attended a number of retreats, courses, and programs. I was taught timeless teachings, wisdom, and ancient practices for discovering true peace and happiness. Needless to say, this transformed my entire life. I'm much happier now and would love to pay it forward.

This is where BOUNDLESS comes in. Combining both worlds, fitness and well-being, for a more holistic approach to health.
