For us, this means treating our food well by using fresh ingredients and blessing others with it so that they can get a taste of authentic Southeast Asian cuisine. Boun Bistro is our modern take on traditional Thai and Laotian classics, and is born out of owner-chef Santy Vinaithong's love of the cuisine style and his New York culinary training.
