Boudro's embraces our regional heritage with a distinctive slant on Texas and southwestern flavors. Slip into the pace of San Antonio with one of our Prickly Pear Margaritas or a Texas Dry Beefeater Martini while your server prepares fresh guacamole tableside. Sample any one of our seafood offerings fresh from the Texas Coast, such as our Chile-Seared Gulf Jumbo Shrimp, or opt for Blackened Prime Rib or Mesquite-Grilled Texas Quail. Our House-Smoked Shrimp and Gulf Crab Enchiladas are topped with Guajillo sauce and white Cheddar and served with black beans and spicy tomato pancakes. End your meal with Louisiana Bread Pudding, heavy on the whiskey sauce, or Toasted Nut Brittle Ice Cream perched in a pool of hot fudge. Based on availability, parties of 1 to 20 can feast while cruising around the river bend on a Rio San Antonio barge (Call in advance for barge reservations.).
