Bordel's stage entertainment features jazz musicians, flamenco artists, and burlesque entertainers. These performances are further enhanced through the collaboration of music curators who create soundtracks for each evening.

In 1919, America undertook the "noble experiment" of prohibition. During this time, the great bartenders of the U.S. took their skills and their cocktails to the bars and cabarets of Europe. The cocktail program at Bordel, a hidden, craft-cocktail bar in the vain of PDT in NYC or Candelaria in Paris, is a celebration of this period, where drinks are built on small craft spirits and fresh ingredients. All cocktails are made to order and draw inspiration from the last golden age of cocktails. The cocktail list is comprised of perfectly executed classics combined with house cocktails made in a "classic style." The list includes punches, aperitif cocktails, swizzles, "strong but not silent" stirred cocktails and "shaky, shaky" cocktails with citrus.
