Founded in 2004, Bootlegger's was designed to capitalize on the market demand for a sports themed restaurant. In the following 6 years, through multiple renovations, the Bootleggers you now experience was created. The renovations brought the "sports bar" flavour together with a unique entertainment, gaming, and dining experience.

As the bootlegging tradition always does, August 2010 brought about a reinvention! New operators took control and revised the way things were done.
