Originally opened in 2015 by Michelin-starred chef Meyjitte Boughenout, former owner of Absynthe French Restaurant in Surfers Paradise, Boom Boom Burgers has a unique and french inspired twist to its menu.
Over the years the restaurant has expanded and opened a second restaurant in Coolangatta, both restaurants have gone through some change or ownership over the years, Chevron Island's restaurant is currently under the ownership and management of Danial Tarrant, while Meyjitte remains the owner and operator of the Coolangatta restaurant.
