About the Business

Bonn Square Therapy Room was established in 2015 by Sandy Steele. Sandy has practised acupuncture in Oxford since 2003 and saw the need for a quiet, comfortable treatment space in the city centre. Clients at Bonn Square Therapy Room can now access acupuncture, osteopathy, massage and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from a team that works together to give the best possible outcome for each individual we see.

Sandy finished her acupuncture training at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in 2003.  She then spent time working in a large acupuncture clinic in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where for many patients acupuncture was the main source of primary care.  Back in Oxford, she established Oxford Acupuncture at Bourton Mill Health and Leisure Club.   Twelve years on she is proud to have established Bonn Square Therapy Room and of the excellent team she has around her.   When Sandy isn't practising acupuncture or attending to the day to day running of BSTR, she loves cycling and walking in the great outdoors with her partner and her dog.
