About the Business
Originally a more traditional style trattoria, Bondi Tratt was taken over by Chef Joe Pavlovich and General Manager Alasdair France in 2017. We have continued the legacy of a friendly, relaxed environment, and we have updated the menu to feature a more modern interpretation of Italian food. We also have an emphasis on quality produce, including making our own pasta.
