My name is Laura or LJ and I have been an LMT since 2017 and have also worked as a CA and LMT with a chiropractor and have prior background as an MA. My preferred massage method is MMM- mixed modality massage which is a combination of modalities combining myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping and healing therapeutic massage etc.  I believe that it can achieve greater relief but also create a wholesome relaxing massage experience. I also offer stretching in my sessions if needed and/or full stretch therapy sessions on the table or floor mat as well as quick chair massage sessions. Although my main focus is on massage, In 2019 I added body contouring through cavitation to help reduce appearance of cellulite, helps contour and remove unwanted fatty areas and also helps with skin tightening. I offer aromatherapy body wraps which are great for dry skin and toxin removal.
