I have qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy through the London School of Sports Massage and over the years I have gained lots of experience within the field of sports massage therapy and sports rehabilitation. I am based in Coventry working principally with private clients who have an interest in sport or physical activity. I can also bring a massage into the workplace, when corporate clients decide to treat symptoms of bad posture, back pain and stress. Healthy lifestyle is very important for me and my family. I regularly go to the gym to improve my endurance, strength and speed. I enjoy recreational running for exercise and enjoyment of the outdoors and occasionally I compete in races.
