About the Business

Sam Forline knew every house in his neighborhood needed some kind of work done that could provide jobs for college students, grads, and hardworking local community members. When the economy crashed and his peers struggled to find work, Sam decided to put his idea to the test and created Blue Collar Scholars. Many of his neighbors loved the idea and wanted to give back while getting necessary work done on their homes.

Blue Collar Scholars now has a skilled team able to do everything from mowing the grass every week, weeding garden beds, taking down unwanted trees, cleaning gutters, taking out unwanted junk, shoveling snow in the winter, landscape design, and much more.

Blue Collar Scholar's philosophy is to have the best customer experience around and to place a high priority on supporting young entrepreneurs in the community that it operates in.
