Our Cypriot black flaked salt is known for its amazing crystal pyramids. Mixed with activated carbon to increase its health benefits, this salt is a natural detoxifier. The crystal pyramids are perfect when used as a finishing salt, and add a crisp and earthy flavour to any dish.
