I started pressure washing a driveway at my part-time job and all the employees and managers complented me on the great job I did. I started studying about pressure washing and using chemicals. I also studied what machines work the best so I jumped into my own business! I purchased a van and all the equipment and hit the road as The Black Kat :)

If your customers aren't smiling when they see your work you aren't doing a good job. Also I never break down my equipment until the customer is completely satisfied. It's very satisfying watching the black dirt be removed from a surface and many home owners take pride in their properties.
