My name is Nick Arcade and I’m the Creator/Owner of Black Broccoli a vintage & custom apparel boutique/workshop in Tucson. I’m a transplant from Illinois and moved to Tucson 4.5 years ago. Collecting and reselling vintage clothing is something I’ve been doing for 10 plus years but it was in the last 5 that I chose to brand it. My abundant collection of clothing allowed me to experiment with reworking/up-cycling pieces for myself which eventually led to people asking to buy my creations. Locally, I did popups under the moniker The Thrift Advocate at local establishments & events for 3.5 years before I landed my current location in downtown Tucson.
