Chef Greg Martin's menus are inspired from his years of extensive food travel in France, Spain and Italy. His menus focus on appetizers, pizza, light and full entrees as well as extensive dessert selections. The restaurant's craft beer and cask wine program provides guests with exclusive access to unique tap beverages. Chef Martin personally selected the cask wines and featured wines served by the 1/4, 1/2 or full carafe to match his menus. Patrons can purchase their favorite beer or cask wine selections to enjoy at home.

He has worked with several cooking luminaries, including American icon of French cooking Julia Child. His menus reflect the best of his culinary experiences, featuring food prepared with a focus on fresh, local ingredients.
