About the Business

In 1989, I began my plumbing apprenticeship in Compton California while working for a large mechanical contractor. I worked for Amelco Mechanical throughout my five year apprenticeship and graduated in the top ten percent of my class. As a journeyman, I gained valuable experience in all facets of the plumbing industry, both commercial and residential. In 1991 my mother, who resides in Sun City West, became ill, so I moved to Phoenix to be closer to her. After working as a union plumber for a few years I decided to try my luck as a handyman, opening Homeworks Handyman Services. In 2005, I decided it was time to utilize my plumbing experience and started Bird Dog Plumbings process to become a licensed, bonded and insured company. With eight years of service and repair under my belt, I now have a large customer base, quality referrals,and have maintained a five star rating, all the while, offering reasonable pricing and prompt, courteous service.
