Pintxo (pronounced peen-cho) is a small, delicious and expertly crafted snack, typical to the Basque Country in northern Spain, which is usually eaten at the bar over a drink and conversation with friends.
Tapas, originated from Andalucia in the south of Spain, and they serve the same purpose as pintxos, however they look more a like a small dish and require cutlery.
Taking many forms and using a wide variety of high quality ingredients, this type of dining opens up a world of taste and satisfaction that fits seamlessly into an evening of socialising.

Our desire is to bring a taste of this Basque bar culture to Leeds, with an acclaimed chef, a carefully crafted menu and hand picked selection of quality Basque and Spanish wines, international beers and cocktails selected by our in house sommelier.
