Over the past 11 years I have been fortunate to train people across a few different gyms, based on where I have lived at the time, including Trafford, Bury and Manchester City Centre.

Since the opening of the Lifestyle Fitness gym in April 2013, and it's take over by The Gym Group in August 2018, I have since based myself here due to the exceptional quality and size of the gym compared to others in and around Manchester, and the wide variety of training options available, including dumbbells up to 60kg and a dedicated Functional Training Rig and Functional Area, amongst many other features.

With over 11 years experience as a full time Personal Trainer in Manchester, I provide a high quality PREMIUM service, with many features you won't get with most other PT's. I use my knowledge from fitness training during my time spent in the Military with the British Parachute Regiment, along side my degree in BSc Exercise Nutrition & Health and a 2 year Advanced Personal Trainer diploma (not the poor quality 6 week fast-track courses most do these days).
