It was whilst working with one of Scotland's largest hair salon franchises, that manager Scott, started to see a new way of working that didn't quite fit the mold.

Rather than become a flagship salon working specifically with one brand - he preferred to pick and choose the best products from various brands. 'Hero' products - giving his clientele a better choice.

Rather than pigeon-hole team members into specific categories - he encouraged them to see the whole picture - as a result we have many stylists on the team that work as hair dressers AND beauty therapists, creating a complete head to toe look for their clients.

A new salon identity started to emerge - one of individualism.

Our salon manager started as an apprentice on the salon floor, aged 14! A tenacious and determined young lad, Scott, soon progressed to salon assistant and then qualified to work on the salon floor.
