About the Business

We started this program in the Washington DC after talking with various women in the Gallery Place, DC community who indicated that they would really want a fitness camp in the neighborhood rather than having to go to the expensive gyms. As a result we started our first fitness camp in the Washington DC, in the Gallery Place area 21 months ago with only 2 women. In next months, the word spread dramatically and our numbers grew to 32 women that joined the camp.

We have been doing this program every month since July 2007 and recently operated the program indoors in the YMCA, YWCA, DC Public Schools, Community Centers & local churches.

The fitness camp has been helping people build better bodies and better community. Things have developed so well that we now offer several camps a day, multiple locations in in DC; we even have camps in NYC. We have opened a studio for small group training & personal training in Adams Morgan's.
