**NEW Beginners Tai Chi & Qi Gong starts Monday 4th July 7-8.15pm** With over forty venues around London, the Mei Quan Academy offers a range of traditional Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises to all levels of student, from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. The Academy has developed a warm and friendly atmosphere, and a group of long-established, highly-trained and well-supervised teachers. Teaching is relaxed and supportive with instructors paying close attention to the students progress both as a class and individually. We concentrate on learning the Yang style 24-step Short Form, which provides an ideal and relatively quick way to acquire basic Tai Chi skills. We have locations all across London and if you miss your weekly class, you can catch up at any other branch.
