Welcome to a very unique Hot Pot restaurant, inspired by a more than 100 of years old tradition of China's Chaoshan cuisine. While out Beef Balls are prepared in-store by hand, our mouthwatering broth is cooked over 10 hours in order to extract all the richness of the our meat's taste and nutrients.
